- Hollow stars mean the police haven't fully identified you yet.
- Witnesses report crimes. No witness, no call.
- Cops remember your face, clothes and car. Change your outfit, put on a mask or switch vehicles to shake the heat.

A reputation system that sits alongside your wanted level, like Red Dead Redemption 2's honour. Reported
- Hurts it: unnecessary violence.
- Helps it: petting dogs, putting rubbish in the bin.
- Violence in missions is judged differently from random chaos.
Jason & Lucia's relationship
- Together, you switch instantly. Apart, it takes a few seconds, like GTA 5. Reported
