Every fact here comes from Rockstar Games and Take-Two, or from outlets reporting on Rockstar's own reveals (like Game Informer's cover story), and each one is labelled so you can see where it came from. When something isn't known yet, like the PC date, we say so.

When does GTA 6 come out?
GTA 6 launches on Thursday 19 November 2026 on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. Digital pre-load opens on 12 November.
How much is GTA 6?
The Standard Edition is US$79.99 and the Ultimate Edition is US$99.99. Every pre-order also gets the Vintage Vice City Pack.
Is GTA 6 coming to PC?
Not at launch. Rockstar hasn't announced a PC version or date. GTA 5 and Red Dead Redemption 2 both reached PC later, but that's history, not a promise.
Who are the main characters in GTA 6?
You play as Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos. When they're together you can switch between them instantly.
Where is GTA 6 set?
Leonida, Rockstar's version of Florida. It has six regions: Vice City, Leonida Keys, Grassrivers, Port Gellhorn, Ambrosia and Mount Kalaga National Park.
